Fruitbroo: Review

fruitbrooWith the cold nights drawing in there is nothing more that I like that a hot cup of tea – but sometimes I fancy something just a little bit different – step in Fruitbroo a new way to enjoy a fruity hot drink.

These little beauties are available in a total of 6 different flavours with each 100ml bottle costing around £2.50 and making up to 15 drinks (depending on how strong you like them) all you need to do is add hot water and enjoy.
I was sent two of the flavours Fruitbroo have to offer to give them a try.

I couldn't wait to give the Honey and Lemon one a try – I quite often find I get a bit of a niggly throat and it just sounded to me like the perfect mixture – now while it obviously didn't work miracles it did help quench my thirst and while I expected it to offer quite a zesty taste it actually doesn't have too much of a lemon kick to it which for me is just perfect. In fact it offers a lovely fruity, warming drink – one that will definitely be used by myself on the cold nights to come. When it comes to the Peach, Pear and Honey one I am having trouble putting the taste into words, it does offers a truly fruity experiences and I have to admit is probably my favourite of the two.

I admit I expected both of these drinks to offer quite a powerful flavour but to be honest when served as suggested they offer a milder than expected flavour which I would say is quite in keeping with a fruit tea that comes in a bag though I'm sure if you wanted to pep it up a bit you could just add a spoonful or two more to your drink.

Some of the other great things about Fruitbroo is the fact they are completely caffeine free (so great for that late night brew), 100% natural and contain only 15 calories per serving.

Fruitbroo are in stores now and as I said before have an RRP of £2.50 for 100ml.

What do you think of the sound of Fruitbroo would you like to give it a try?
