One thing we probably all take for granted is our teeth, we use them daily to help us eat and while we all know to brush our teeth regularly, not so many people actually floss to help remove the build-up between the teeth.
Last year I was diagnosed with what could potentially be a very serious condition for my teeth. Though I have always brushed twice a day and used some sort of flossing implement, it for me hasn’t been enough as I have other issues in play, that said I am not willing to give up and now not only brush twice a day but use a host of different flossing implements.
Being in the position I am, I am most definitely say you should keep on top of keeping your teeth clean as much as possible, make sure you do everything your dentist suggests and don’t take your teeth for granted.
A tool that is becoming more and more used by people to keep their teeth clean, is a water flosser, this is basically a mini jet wash for the teeth and gums, which for some is likely to really help when it comes to oral health.
