Win a Waterpik Water Flosser

One thing we probably all take for granted is our teeth, we use them daily to help us eat and while we all know to brush our teeth regularly, not so many people actually floss to help remove the build-up between the teeth.

Last year I was diagnosed with what could potentially be a very serious condition for my teeth. Though I have always brushed twice a day and used some sort of flossing implement, it for me hasn’t been enough as I have other issues in play, that said I am not willing to give up and now not only brush twice a day but use a host of different flossing implements.

Win a Waterpik Water Flosser

Being in the position I am, I am most definitely say you should keep on top of keeping your teeth clean as much as possible, make sure you do everything your dentist suggests and don’t take your teeth for granted.

A tool that is becoming more and more used by people to keep their teeth clean, is a water flosser, this is basically a mini jet wash for the teeth and gums, whichΒ for some is likely to really help when it comes to oral health.

The lovely people over at have teamed up with me to offer one lucky winner the choice of aΒ Waterpik Aquarius WP-660 advanced countertop model and a Waterpik Cordless WP-450 model, depending on which one the winner thinks will suit them best! To enter all you need to do is follow the directions on the rafflecopter below:

  2. D.h

    Eat healthy and excercise

  3. Suzanne McC

Never brush your teeth straight after food, the enamel is more vulnerable due to acid released when eating – leave it 30 mins or so.

  4. D.h

Oh and good brushing and changing brush regularly

  5. Peter Watson

My dentist agrees with me that an alcohol-based wouthwash is more effective. It is,perhaps, one of the few things alcohol is good for.

  6. Tracy K Nixon

If you use mouthwash don’t use it directly after brushing as you rinse away the fluoride from your toothpaste.

  7. PRD

Quit smoking. Better still, don’t start in the first place. Your teeth will really thank you for it! I promise.

  8. Stephane R

I was beginning to have some gum issues so I started using diluted eucalyptus oil on them. Dilute it with water and use a very soft brush to just massage it into your gums and then rinse. It helps to get circulation to the area and promote healthy tissues.

Cut out sweets especially those you suck as these are the worst for your teeth.

  10. Taylor Closet

    Eat less sugary snacks.

Brush your teeth BEFORE breakfast. The enamel is unprotected after the several hours of sleeping so food will damage your teeth more. Brushing after will protect your teeth.
