I’ve been trying out the Body Moisturiser from the Sleep Tight range; from the moment it arrived I couldn’t wait to start trying it out as the whole of the jiffy bag smelt amazing.
With 95% naturally derived ingredients this gorgeous body lotion mixes a blend of white champaca and ylang ylang to help massage away tension and anxiety.
This gorgeous cream has left my skin feeling soft and supple, although I couldn’t say for sure if it’s helped me sleep (some of my meds knock me out) I can tell you it is a gorgeously relaxing scent to drift off to which I have to admit is something I really enjoy – I’m big on having some pillow spray to drift off with, but using this moisturiser instead almost makes you feel surrounded by it, of course every movement lets of a new wave around you to enjoy.

There really is nothing better than a nice soft relaxing smell to send you into a relaxed sleep. I bought hubby some night rub with lavender, camomille & something else I forget what in & it really does help him start to relax & drift away.
This sounds divine, but a bit expensive at the moment, sadly I wasn’t the winner of £63 million lol. Well to be honest I forgot to buy a ticket! But if I ever have some spare cash I’d look into this, I’m a firm believer in we only have one skin so look after it!
