Slimavite Diet – Week 6

I did it!!! I lost and gained NOTHING! (OK so right now the only way I could be happier is if I had, had a loss) but put it this way food last week consisted off: fish and chips, pizza, Chinese, pancakes, more pizza and more chips so a big fat 0 is fine with me :) Thank you to the lovely Amy at Slimavite for a pep-talk before I went away, I really did need that. Don’t think I would have the outcome of a 0 without it.
Other than that there’s not really much to report, I will admit that although I officially came home Monday I have been slobbing it till today, so plan is back onto Slimavite twice a day, make a loss on weigh in day next week, which means being strict with myself again ;) .
