Shoreline

Shoreline is a website that was brought to my attention just a few weeks ago. Full of great products, they aim to first source all their products within the UK, before going to Europe. Products from further afield are fairtrade and they try to support remote communities, where products have been made for generations, but are still great for modern day living. They also sell upcycled products to check more on their environmental policy click here.

I have to admit one of my favourite features on their site has to be Schwops, fancy buying a new garment from Shoreline and have an old one that you’re not wearing anymore? Well Shore Line will pay you in credit for sending it back to them.
They will give you:
£5 for a garment originally costing up to £50
£10 for items originally costing between £51 and £100
and £15 for anything originally costing over £101.

They will even pay you for garments not originally sold by them, you will need proof of originally price tag and then they will give you 50% of the above stated amounts.

Clothes will then either be resold onto the second hand market in Europe or donated to 3rd world charities depending on condition.

Along with its clothing and accessories lines Shoreline has a fantastic range of pottery great for cooking.

They boast the only pottery in the world that can be used not only for cooking in the oven but is perfectly safe to use on a naked flame. Making it great for use on BBQs, Woodburning Stoves, Aga and Rayburn Plates, Ceramic Hobs, Electric Hobs, Beach Fires and on top of all those it is also dishwasher and microwave safe.

One of the sites bestselling items this Tagine comes in two sizes:
2 litres serving 4-6 people 24 cm x 24 cm x 21 cm – £85
3 litres serving 6-8 people 27 cm x 27 cm x 27 cm – £95

  1. I would get the paella dish – I love cooking and it would go lovely with the tagine pot…..but I think I would have to actually buy all of the cooking pottery to match!

  3. Pagan Purple Moroccan wool and Sabra Silk Throw to brighten up my apartment and cover my landlords terrible taste in furniture.

  4. What a beautiful range of items!! I’d be hard pressed to choose, but the Norwegian sweaters look so wonderfully snug and cosy. And the Olive green Moroccan throw is divine! Or any of the deep-bottomed Colombian black clay cooking pots…they would be so good for a slow-cooked stew or soup. This is all making me actually look forward to winter, so I can try out some new recipes! And maybe treat myself to a new jumper or throw to keep warm in…

Thanks for introducing us to such a great site. And fantastic giveaway, too. I have ras el hanout spices at home, but have never had a tagine to cook my tagine in (and the various combinations of pots and pans I’ve tried really haven’t worked!). So, am keeping my fingers so tightly crossed x

  5. I would buy one of the cooking pots. They look very smooth and touchable! I also would grab a Breton top – so easy to wear and a classic.

  6. I’d love a Rouge Red Moroccan wool and Sabra Silk Throw! I love throws and I love colourful things! Have to be dragged away from shops selling this kind of thing!

  7. Thanks so much for the awesome email this morning and for linking up with us for Wonderful Wednesday! Have a great week and hope to see you next time :)

  9. The Azure Blue Moroccan wool and Sabra Silk Throw would really put some life back into my tired old room – it makes me happy just to look at it :)

  10. I would like to take home the olive green moroccan wool and sabra silk throw, it would look stunning in my lounge with all of my olive green accessories.

  11. I’d pick one of the lovely red and white fisherman’s sweaters. Perfect for walking the dog in winter and long enough to cover me bottom too!

  12. I’d like the ETHLETIC Trainers Low Top Dark Blue, look just like other branded sneakers but great green credentials

  13. I’d buy the Reefer Upcycled Drifter Duffel bag. It looks a fabulous piece of kit, especially for any globetrotting I might intend to do. Travel broadens the mind, and it would be a fabulous companion piece for my voyage of discovery.

  14. There are lots of things i would like ( all the cooking pots for instance ) but what has really caught my eye is the
Navy blue Body Multicoloured Patch Corduroy Cotton V Neck Smock it is useful, warm and colourful i am very tempted!

  15. I would love the Firefly Babies Socks 2 Pairs & Spare. Such funky little socks and a great idea as my baby boy is always losing socks.

  16. So difficult so much to love! I particularly like all your Black Columbian pottery items and would love the Round Cooking Pot (and the paella dish & the saute dishes and…. and……)

  17. They do some lovely things on the website. I would love to buy the Oblong Saute dish I see it says they are perfect for crumbles and lasagne’s and would love to make a home-made apple crumble in it.

  18. My favourite thing in all the world, a pair of cosy cute socks :D The ‘Carnation’ ones are my fav, but I would like them all! x

  19. I think I have followed all the steps with exception to twitter. I don’t quite get g+ yet but I think I have done it properly. xx

  20. I’d love the Paella Dish, I’ve wamted to attempt a paella for a long time, maybe if I start hinting Santa will bring me one
