Milk_shake Active Yogurt Mask: Review

Milk_shake Active Yogurt Mask I’ve given up Beauty Boxes for the large part but in one of the last ones I received I got a sample of Milk_shakes’ leave in mousse conditioner and really feel in love with how great it was from the scent to how well it conditioned my hair – so when I saw some more Milk_shake goodies on the list of review items from HairTrade I know I had to try something else from them.

Milk_shake Active Yogurt Mask

I decided to give their hair mask a whirl this mask includes: yoghurt amino acids, rice and avocado oils, hydrating agents, vitamin E and the Integrity 41 that will nourish and condition it is safe to use both natural or coloured hair.

What’s it like to use?

Of all the hair masks that I have tried over the years this has to be one of the easier – after shampooing you just rub the cream into the lengths of your hair and leave for 3 – 5 minutes before washing off – obviously if you want a deeper conditioning you can leave it for longer. One of my favourite things about the Milk_shake range is the smell of it, I’m by no means a fan of milk shakes when it comes to drinking them but the vanilla milk shake / caramel like scent of this range is definitely a winner with me. In texture it’s not much different from a normal conditioner with its thick white constancy.

After Use

This mask conditioner leaves your hair feeling soft and silky smooth, it remains gently swathed in the milk shake scent for coming on for 24 hours. If you use this mask on a regular basis I can’t help but think it would make a huge difference to the overall condition of your hair.

If you want to try out Milk_shakes Active Yogurt Mask you can buy it from HairTrade where it costs £5.99 for 50ml or £13.69 for 200ml.

Have you tried anything from the Milk_shake range, what did you think of it?

That looks snazzy, my hair is as dry as my flip flops and anything that will give it life back has to be a plus. Its not that pricey either really when i think of some of the stuff ive bought.

It’s not really compared to a lot of them and considering it is a salon only brand – I really want to get my hands on the shampoo and conditioner to try but sadly HairTrade are out of the conditioner for my type of hair at the moment. x

I give up with hair products as I’ve tried so many at different costs & never find anything that’s the miracle product for my hair! If I got this in a beauty box or won it I’d try it but I don’t think I would sought after it in a shop.

Haircare can be so hard – I spent forever thinking I had greasy hair as it was greasy until someone said to me you know it could be greasy because it’s dry and over compensating – I mean who would have thought of that! They were right as well lol x
