Lets play with Jacob’s Oddities

When I checked my email at lunch today the last thing I expected to find was one asking me if I would like to play with food. In fact I think my mouth was probably open quite widely as I read – which lead to the first odd conversation of the day.
Me: Fancy playing with some food?
Ash: What?
Me: Fancy making pictures out of Oddities, you know seeing as it’s your day off it might be fun?
Ash: Wait a second you’re asking me if I want to play with food, do I get to eat it after?
Me: Yes.
Ash: Well why didn’t you just ask if I wanted food?
Which then lead onto Ash deciding he HAD to make a story up with them about a Duck-zombie that went around eating brains, he had planned out the whole story – trouble was the oddities weren’t quite up to such an elaborate and horrifying tale. So he ended up making one about a duck and a man who had a dream about wanting to play tennis in space and called a friend to take a picture. But then he started tasting the Bacon Oddities

and his story is now in his belly!
Luckily for this tale I had picked up two packets (as they just so happened to be on buy 2 for a £2!) so the story can go on using cheese flavour bites.

While Ash sat nomming his way through his odd shaped tale – I was coming up with cheesybang – I have no story to tell chessybang is just cheesybang it started as a spark and ended up an explosion!

Which lead to me being covered in a cheesey sticky mess and having most the packet spread across the table.
But the more I looked at cheesybang the more I noticed that maybe chessybang shouldn’t be a random explosion of Cheesy Oddities but in fact a good old Penny Farthing! (Excuse my awful paint job on it I was trying to make it look more realistic I failed but thought it might bring you a laugh so decided to leave it in!)

And so there ends the tale of our playful Monday, playing with Oddities is really quite a delight (if rather messy)!
What would you make with yours?
