Jenny Craig – Weekly Weigh In

Jenny Craig Logo

I feel a bit like I’m stuck at the bottom of a hole trying to get out at the moment and I keep slipping back down into it. I’m not putting on weight which I guess is a good thing, but I just can’t stop grabbing the odd naughty nibble – Ash’s new shifts mean we will go to Tesco at 11pm and I’ll ask him to get me something ‘naughty’ – I know I’m doing the wrong thing but at the time it feels so good.
After a talk with Becca about it this week and with my Mum we’ve decided if I need to eat something then I either need to grab a bowl of my JC cereal or ask him to get one of my favourite things from Tesco a fruit pot and see if that helps.
Since the last post I have lost 1 pound! That is 2 packs of Anchor Butter!
Meaning my total Anchor Butter loss is: 46
Favourite meal of the week:

Jenny Craig Lasagne

Lasagne!
Pitfall of the week: Krespy Kremes!
Saving Grace of the week: Becca and my Mum coming up with sensible suggestions.

  10. Hi

That’s a great idea putting your weight loss into how much butter weighs, it gets the weight loss into perspective.

One step at a time and you’ll get to where you want to be.

First time follower through blog hop.

  11. It is great I would really recommend it, the price is steep but it’s not just about losing weight with them they support you and get to know you and really look after you. xx

  12. Hey!
One of the consultations at Jenny Craig recommended it to me (you don’t get loads my normal one was on holiday so I had a different lady very lovely as well) and she said about it and I was like WOW thats such an amazing way to think of it.

1lb sounds like nothing but when you think thats 2 packets of (250g) butter thats actually a lot – no wonder they say don’t lose too quickly and anything more than 2lbs is bad for you. x

  13. I too love the way you think of it in Anchor Butter packs. I’m going to start thinking that way because those weeks when I only lose half a pound, it won’t feel so bad when I think of a pack of butter!

When I was 15, I went from 15 stone to 10 and every Friday after slimming club, we’d go to the chippy and I’d have chips, cornish pasty and gravy then follow it with a chocolate bar. That was my treat day and I don’t think I could have stuck with the diet without that treat day! I’m going to start making Wednesdays my treat day so I can have something ‘naughty’ for lunch after I’ve been slimming! :)
Good luck for next week :) xx

  14. Oh that Lasagna looks amazing! I love veggie Lasagna. I made some fresh tomato sauce from my garden with the last of the tomatoes and I made a Lasagna out of it. It was good, but it didn’t look as good as yours.

    Keep up the good work!
