So from now on I’m going to try and use Sunday as my Jenny Craig update day and weight in, it might just be a quick post or it might be a bit more in depth but I thought it was the best way to keep you all updated as of course some of you don’t follow me on facebook or twitter.
I was thinking I’d do a few regular bits each week, which will include the following.
Weight Lost / Gained – Hopefully it will be more loss than gained posts.
Favourite Meal of the Week – I have a tendency to change which meal I have really enjoyed each week, so hopefully over time I will get to show you a large selection without bombarding you in just a few posts.
Pitfall of the Week – I always have one.
Saving Grace of the Week – There has to be a positive right?
So while I’ll start this properly next week I thought I would let you know I lost a healthy 1 lb this week, my normal consultant was off on holiday so I got to speak to another and I have to say she was just as lovely. She reminded me in total I have lost 17lbs that is equal to 34 packs of butter! Is it just me who finds that really scary to think of it that way? Wheelbarrow anyone?
