Welcome to day 4 of my Jenny Craig files. Today I went off plan – this was though planned, it was my Mum’s birthday yesterday so we went out for a carvery for lunch. My lovely consultant told me the best thing to do was make sure my plate looked something like the following:
I was really good at this part I had turkey, potatoes, broccoli and peas.
The trouble came at pudding when I had some chocolate fudge cake (this part was unplanned whoops).
To be honest even ignoring the meal out today I don’t feel like I’m on a diet – I’ve eaten chocolate everyday thanks to my Jenny Craig snack. I am eating probably more than I was before, just happens to be food of a different kind. The food it’s self is even nice (yes insert really surprised face)! I’ve only found one thing I don’t like so far which is the noodles in sweet and sour sauce which is just a personal preference situation, sadly I knew it would come about as soon as I saw ‘sweet and sour’ on the menu, as I have never liked it.
So day four ends with me feeling positive, full and wonder how this is going to help me lose weight.
