Ever since I was a young child I have adored reading. My Mum had me reading from a very young age and ever since I have consumed most books that end up in my way. I don’t have a favourite genre. Yes I am one of those people – nose in book and loving it.
So when an email arrived in my inbox from Spineless Classics I instantly fell in love.
Bringing some of the greatest books of all time into a single paged artwork, the only problem I have is choosing my favourite one.

  1. How fabulous are they!!!! Like yourself I’m always reading, usually have 2 or 3 books on the go at anyone time. So these are great, not sure I’ll be able to read them but I could definately enjoy them!
Wouldn’t be so hard to pick a favourite for me it’s Charles Dickens’s Great Expectations, I just love it! Just finished reading it last weekend for about the third time this year alone.  Wonder what picture they would make, Miss Haversham maybe or perhaps they graveyard scene early in the book.

I can’t remember not being able to pick a book up & devouring it, so when my middle son was found to be proundly dyslexic I went back to college to try & understand it, I ended up teaching adult who couldn’t read & write, was so rewarding & of course helping my son in his school work.

I still haven’t got my head around not being able to read, though I understand why, it’s just totally unimaginable to me.

  2. I really want one for my new place – I just don’t know which one to get I was going to write which ones I was stuck between and ask for help but then realised it was most of the list.

I have to admit I couldn’t imagine not being able to read – I’m slightly dyslexic in spelling, maths and reading out loud though I’m fine if I read in my head – all over odd but then I’m sure you know how it can be. I thank goodness I can cope like I do. xx

  3. I absolutely love this idea!! The book choices wouldn’t be mine but I think the idea is fantastic. I’d love “MY Sisters Keeper”.

  4. Yet another lovely gift that I’ve never seen before. I think these are great, I can think of several friends who would appreciate this as a present

  5. Such an unusual idea and, as a bookworm and art lover, I love the idea of combining the two. I’ve just had a look on their site and I can’t get my head around the idea of having an entire work on one sheet, especially War and Peace!
