I think the fact I love
betrousse by now is pretty evident. The fact you can see what you getting before choosing to purchase or not, the fact it’s full of full size products saving you at least 75% on the RRP and giving you a real chance to see if the included products work for you.
There latest box is dedicated to Summer Break, with something enclosed for women and something for the younger generation both male and female. Products to keep your face looked after, your skin moisturised and your nails looking fabulous!
This month’s contained 5 products plus an extra (bottom right) a small sachet of shower gel.I guess the only downside to this little bundle was the fact there is 3 face creams inside, on the plus side they all have different uses and with my Mum around she always steals off with anything she can, so I can see this really going down well as a sharing box. Maybe one to ask your Mum / daughter or sister if they fancy throwing in half and having yourself a pamper time, do each other’s nails, share out the face cream and make yourself smell delightful.
Lilas Blanc – Secret Eclat Jeunesse RRP: £36.50 for 50ml.This is the ‘star’ product if you will coming in as the most expensive product in this box. It is branded as the first luxury organic anti-aging brand on the market. A day cream that is said to help moisturise, smooth and stimulate new growth within your skin. This is also the one my Mum decided to run off with. I will be interested to hear how she gets on with it.
Cosmetoo Nails – Nail Art Kit RRP: £3.90Have you fallen into the nail art trap yet? Are you loving different designs to show off your skills? Well this pack of stickers and bag of rhinestones might be the ones to help. I have to admit my nail art skills aren’t the best, but I am looking forward to giving it a whirl and seeing what I can come with.
Orhis – Nurishing Face Cream – RRP £28 for 50ml.Said to be great for all skin types this nourishing cream contains Cottonseed – good for dry and damaged skin and Argan Oil – which is naturally rich in vitamin E so hopefully helpful on those old wrinkles as it’s good for cell renewal; this cream is high in natural ingredients so is best used within 6 months of opening, but I have a feeling that won’t be a problem at all. This one I’ve grabbed for myself – I’ve really found Argan oil has been great on my skin so I’m looking forward to seeing if my face likes this cream at all.
Cinq Mondes – Rose Petal Rain Mist RRP: £28 for 200mlBased on spa rituals of the Hamman where after enjoying a lovely steaming sauna one would step out and perfume themselves with fresh rose water. To try and respect the traditional uses while adding in a modern twist Olivia Giacobetti was called on to help produce this mist. On another note this product is paraben, silicone, mineral oil and phenoxyethanol free and contains natural and organic ingredients.I have to say this has to be one of my favourite parts of this box I had it with me over the weekend which for me was horribly hot and humid and left me feeling really unwell, but I found a spritz of this not only left me smelling gorgeous, but was actually quite cooling and very refreshing. This is most definitely a product I could see myself using over and over again.
Benta Berry – G-1 Moisturising Face Cream RRP: £12 30mlDoes anyone have the other half who likes nicking there creams? Mine would think I had lost the plot if a suggested he used a face cream but just in case your other half is one who does like to cream their face this is a product you could pass their way. Aimed at the younger generation and both males and females this cream is said to be great for blemish prone skin, made from 100% naturally active ingredients this cream is said to help purify, mattify, sooth and balance your skin. It contains a subtle fragrance designed by a famous perfumer.
To be honest the more I read about this product the more I want to try it, I do suffer with my skin and although I had partly a routine going now I’m struggling with a moisturiser, so as much as I am looking forward to trying the first one, I’m thinking this one might be more what my skin needs due to being yet to recognise I am far from a teen anymore.
The above goodies come to a huge £109 yet Betrousse are offering them to you for just £19 (+P&P) if you fancy this box or any of the previous ones they have had on offer you can pop on over the their website now. What do you think of this month’s Betrousse, what part would you love to try?
*I am sent Betrousse free of charge this however doesn’t effect my opinion I really enjoy the fact you have a choice to buy or not to buy, and none of the boxes have left me feeling disappointed.

Maybe we should start a ‘what is the most stolen item from a Betrousse box’ as thats too for the Lilas Blanc! The rose mist is gorgeous isn’t it I wasn’t sure if I would like the scent but wow! xx
I’m the same with nails, I have to touch them up so badly before I dare take pictures of the blog lol. I wish I was able to do all the fantastic designs some people can but alas it’s not for me. So pink bows will be my friend
