Last month I reviewed a couple of Amie products (click here to check it out if you missed it) and I am pleased to be back with a couple more, both of which are of course PH balanced, dermatologically tested and vegan friendly with up to 95% Natural Ingredients.
Amie New Bloom
A fragrance free wipe that harmonizes with your skin to help wipe away dirt, oil and make up, while leaving the skin toned and moisturised, suitable for all skin types including the most sensitive and containing ingredients such as: pomegranate, cranberry and green tea, while being free from parabens, mineral oils, petrochemicals.
Wipes are a must have for me, if I’m having a bad day I’ll admit it I just don’t have the energy to cleanse, tone and moisturise as we all should – but reaching for a wipe is doable so if I’m without I go into a bit of a panic. These wipes have been brilliant, the cloth used is soft to the touch and easily seems to remove grime and makeup without having to rub to hard which is probably my bugbear with most face wipes. They do say they are scentless but to be honest I would say they do have a slight smell that is really quite refreshing.
These wipes will definitely be taking pride of place in my wipe section from now on as I just can’t find anything not to like about how they work and they are natural!
If you want to try them out yourself you can buy them online from the Amie website where they cost £3.49 for 25 wipes.
Amie Skin Shield
Amie’s Skin Shield is a daily moisturiser with an SPF of 15, it uses a mineral sunscreen that offers protection from UVA and UVB rays. Full of anti-oxidant rich ingredients such as Kakadu Plum, Blueberry and Vitamins A & E the moisturiser helps shield your skin from the harmful effects of free-radicals and everyday environmental effects while leaving your skin soft and nourished, if that wasn’t enough it also have anti-ageing protection and of course like all Amie’s products it’s free from nasties and Vegan friendly!
As I had recently been using the Morning Dew from Amie on my face I decided to pass this little one over to my Mum and see what she thought of this one.
She came back with a glowing report – a thicker moisturiser than morning dew it is probably aimed more at those with dryer skin, a little does go quite a long way though it soaks into the skin easily leaving a good base for makeup and skin feeling hydrated and soft.
If you want to try Amie’s Skin Shield it costs £5.95 and you can buy it online at the Amie Website.
Amie have becoming a must have in my home, I’ve recently got my hands on their exfoliating product New Leaf – and look forward to trying more as time goes one.
What do you think of Amie, are they a brand you could see yourself using?
