Slimavite Diet – Take 2.

Slimavite Logo
Back in May – July time I was trialing the Slimavite diet it was all going well, but over things got on top of me, mainly my health and well I slipped back not completely into old way but quite far back. So I stopped posting, anyway I’m back on the wagon and going for round two and this time I’m hoping to get there.
For anyone who’s new to my blog and hasn’t heard about Slimavite this is what it’s about:
Slimavite
There shakes come in 3 different flavours vanilla, chocolate and strawberry (my favourite one is strawberry), Slimavite recommend having two shakes a day but as it’s made to fit your life, as long as you have 14 a week it is possible to change it around and fit it in more with your lifestyle, so those lunch’s out with the girls are still allowed.
So working on a typical day of 2 shakes you would have:
1. shake for breakfast and one for lunch and then a healthy main meal. On top of that you are allowed 3 pieces of fruit and as much vegetables and salad (without dressing) that you want.
Twice a week you can have a sin bite which is a treat of 200 calories. The members area of the site makes it easy to work out how much in bites your snacks come to, as well as simply showing how many sins you are working off with anything from cleaning to running.
Fridays are my ‘how I am doing day’ so if you want to know how I do every week remember to check back!
If you want to check out Slimavite look them up on facebook, twitter and of course their website.

Slimavite provide the shakes to me free of charge.

The wrap it’s self is gorgeous, I received one in Blueberry (you can also get them in Chocolate and Ivory) and it’s a lovely luscious colour. In use it comfortably sits just above the bust and having poppers instead of the velcro I’m used to with wraps in my opinion helps it feel softer, as you don’t have to fight against the big old stiff strip that often end with me throwing them across the room as they grate and grind. The material feels gorgeous and it’s well made, it really is a little bit of luxury. It has already become a staple in my bedroom for using after drying but while waiting for cream to dry.

Fancy treating yourself to a little bit of luxury? The Velour Spa Wrap is available for £32 or 1/2 price if brought with any other full price offer.

As stated in the post I received the item as a win – I choose to blog about it and share it with you it was not a condition of it being sent to me – all opinions are 100% honest and my own. Labeled pictures and company logo taken from www.charlotteandco.co.uk

Branston Peanuts and Crackers Snacks.

Branstons is the UK’s best-loved sweet pickle, with more than 28 million jars sold every year and over one in three UK households buying it they are now bringing together Branston pickle, cheddar cheese crackers, and peanuts is this wonderful new snack.
As you may know I randomly get my friends and family to try products like this as well, mainly as what one may not like another will – so it’s nice to find someone who has the pallet for such a food. Sadly though I didn’t have much of a chance this time, bar me and Mum getting a few as soon as I arrived around at my parents the bags were absconded with by my father and soon brought the first one back empty while he licked his lips and exclaimed me and Sally did like those (he had evidently been wiping his hands on his trousers in between mouthfuls so the dog had taken to giving his trousers a good old lick).
Quote from my Dad:
They are very moreish with a subtle savory tang.
I have to admit I’m not a fan normally but I do like to give things a go, and I have to say in moderation I like these. They have a tangy taste and I can never say no to anything cheesy. My Mum liked the ones she managed to get her hands on as well so from the Bailey Clan these most defiantly get a big old thumbs up.
Branston Peanuts and Crackers Snacks.

I can see these being a great nibble to have on the table around Christmas. As well as an everyday snack, or for a night in watching a film. Defiantly a versatile snack.

And as I know your dying to jump off your seat right this second and get your own pack you can grab yourself one from Aldi, ASDA, Holland &  Barrett, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose stores nationwide! Priced from £1.49 for a 90g bag.

Product received free of charge for reviewing purposes – all views are 100% honest and that of mine and my families.
