I was dubious at first when offered a weight loss pill to try – yes they are herbal and in the long term can’t really do much harm to a person but having used another in the past and actually feeling quite sick on it so me saying yes is the start to a pleasantly surprised story.
I have to admit one of the first things I really liked about the packaging was how inside the cardboard outer you have two small plastic containers, each containing 90 tablets which is just right for carrying around with you, if they had come in a foil it would have been a nightmare if you were going out to make sure you took your tablets before the meal as advised as transporting would be a nightmare. The tablets are small – which is a plus for people who don’t like taking pills, and easily swallowed.
The aim of Zotrim is to lesson your hunger pains and to help you feel fuller for longer and overall just not eat as much, as you feel fuller sooner. Zotrim tablets contain extracts of three herbs Mate, Guarana and Damiana (Guarana contains caffeine).
Zotrim tablets are taken about 15 minutes with a glass of water before each meal – for the first week they suggest you take 2 a time and after up it to 3 each time, with a maximum of 9 tablets taken a day.
I’m not going to pretend I have any idea on how these work or why – but I will say I do feel like they helped to keep my appetite suppressed. I know what I am like, I get hunger feelings all the time, and starting a diet was most defiantly going to be hard for me, to not nibble, to not want to have some of those sweets the other half left on the side. But I didn’t have these feelings that often (of course it happened once or twice) but believe me I don’t have that much will power infact I think I have none, so honestly I do think Zotrim did help me. So if your trouble is not being able to not stop on time, needing to nibble or just needing to get those portion sizes down, I would suggest giving Zotrim a try. They honestly are easy to use and definatly seem to help.
