Foods I’m Adding: More Salads, More home cooked meals, More Veg.
The long lost behind the back of the TV Wii Fit has been brought to the for front again, I have Wii Fit and the Wii Fit Plus, so will try to take it in turns between the two too keep things more interesting. I’m also thinking about getting a kinect for the Xbox and having a go with that, some of the dance games look like they might be fun as well as getting me moving about more.
I am going to take a more healthy approach to meals, trying to cook more from scratch with a lot more vegetables added in with the meals, I am cutting out a lot of my bad habit food, though I really can’t completely cut out chocolate, at least not yet I know if I tried I would end up having a huge binge one day, so I am cutting down on it, allowing myself 1/2 a normal sized bar where I would have had a whole one, or just a small one, though at the moment the flat is full of Christmas chocolate, so I will be making sure at least my share lasts quite a while. I will weigh myself later today, I haven’t as yet started the exercise part of this, mainly as it’s been quite a busy day, but I have from today started the eat more healthy side.I am now heading off to make my first chicken salad wish me luck!Remeber to pop on over to BECKICKLESIE and Monkeying Around to find out more information about Fitness Friday and to join in if you want
